Perfect breakfast with raspberries and chia

There are 3 layers in this nutritious breakfast. Prepare them the night before and assemble them the next day!

Raspberry Layer
• 1 cup of Aplus raspberry beverage
• 1/4 cup of chia seeds
• 1/4 tsp vanilla

In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and mix vigorously. Cover and place in the refrigerator.

Chia Pudding Layer
• 2 cups of milk
• 1/2 cup of chia seeds
• 1 tsp vanilla
• A pinch of salt

In a large bowl, add the milk and chia seeds and stir well. Pour in the vanilla, add the salt, and mix again. Cover and refrigerate overnight. After 1-2 hours, you can stir with a spoon to ensure even gelling.

Raspberry Chia Jam Layer
• 2 cups of frozen raspberries
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp chia seeds

In a small saucepan, add the frozen raspberries. Cook over medium heat until the raspberries start to soften. Mash them with a potato masher or fork. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and stir again. Let the jam cool before transferring it to a glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.

Final Step

Layer your parfait by adding granola at the bottom and fresh raspberries on top.
Feel free to add a layer of yogurt if desired.
